Fast track your consultation with an email. Please don’t include personal information about the student yet. This can be discussed during a secure phone call.

Our teacher will reach out to you with some choices of days and times for a 20-30 minute call. We will email you our consultation phone number once the consultation is scheduled.

For your family’s privacy, we only request basic information as needed over email and don’t ask for sensitive personal details in any website form. The rest is dicussed over a secure line.

Children are welcome to be part of the call.

An in-person assessment time is confirmed at the end of the consultation call. This is a free service but needs your consent. We will email you a permission and waiver form along with our policies. You can print it and sign the paper copy.

For your own privacy, there is no need to scan and email the form to us. We will pick it up when we arrive for an in-person assessment and safeguard your data every step of the way.

A free screener assessment session takes about 40 minutes, includes breaks for the student, and provides time for you to ask further questions.

Based on the complexity of the assessment given, the teacher will either have results ready for you or ask to call and follow up with the results. This allows you to hear their detailed recommendations and ask questions. There is no cost to have your results discussed with you.

If any of our services are helpful, we will let you know. But we will also let you know if your child is doing just fine. We are here to be a resource to the community.

After assessment results are completed and communicated, you retain a copy of your child’s screener assessment data. We delete our copy of personally identifiable student data within 30 days of the screener assessment.

If services are a fit, we are happy to work with you. If services are not needed, you will still have a deeper understanding of where you child is and can continue partnering with your child’s classroom teacher for progress. Classroom teachers are very busy and we are happy to support you in your search for answers.
